Exterior Insulated Finish Wall Systems and Structural or Cladding Systems
EIFS are specialized materials applied to an exterior wall panel. These systems create an insulated and finished surface in addition to waterproofing and drainage.

Structural Exterior Panels
Structural exterior panels are EIFS panels that are designed to bear loads without a steel superstructure. Although additional steel may be used to reinforce the building, structural panels provide the main support for the walls, floors, and roof.
Complete Building Systems
Complete building systems are fully engineered building packages that provide the entire outer shell of a building (i.e. building envelope). Currently, Exceler provides EIFS panels and their frames, steel structures for cladding or reinforcement, roof trusses, and floor joists. Exceler does NOT provide completed roofing, floors, or finished interior walls.
Exterior Cladding Panels
Cladding panels are lightweight EIFS panels that are attached to a steel superstructure to create a building’s exterior walls. These panels are not load bearing and are designed to protect the steel structure from elements.
